Complaints are processed within 1 to 30 business days from the moment we receive all necessary information. We will notify you of the decision via email.
If you are filing a complaint about a damaged shipment during transport, be sure to include a photo of the damage report, prepared in the presence of the courier.
If you are submitting a “Return within 14 days“, please note that we only accept returns of new, factory-packaged goods, free from any signs of assembly or damage during transport. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods.
